The UCB Institute of Allergy operates under the advice and decisions of an Executive Committee and a Scientific Advisory Board.
Executive Committee:
The Executive Committee consists of representatives of the UCB group of companies (UCB Group) and the Chairman of the Scientific Advisory Board. The Executive Committee is presided over by a President. All decisions of the Executive Committee take due account of the recommendations of the Scientific Advisory Board.
Scientific Advisory Board:
The Scientific Advisory Board consists of internationally recognized non-UCB scientists actively engaged in research and/or practice in the field of allergy. The Scientific Advisory Board is presided over by a Chairman who does not belong to the UCB Group. The main tasks of the Scientific Advisory Board are to recommend projects and to comment on the proposals of the Executive Committee.
