The UCB Institute of Allergy is entirely free to act and pursue its objectives in total independence from outside influences. It will not favor any commercial or other organisation interests. It will be free to attack the widespread and real problems of allergy in whatever manner and by whatever means it may judge to be most effective. Under no circumstances will it allow itself to be used in any way, shape or form to promote or advertise any existing or future pharmaceutical specialties, drugs or other therapeutic means.
