Gluten: protein in certain cereals (oats, wheat, barley and rye).

Graminaceae: all of the plants (including cereals) in the Poaceous/grass family. The stem of  Graminaceae plants provides straw. The main types of Graminaceae plants are Canary  grass, oats, wheat, Scotch grass, brush, cocksfoot, fescue, timothy grass, rye grass,  barley, marram grass, Kentucky blue grass, English rye grass (lawn), rice, rye, sorghum  and vetiver.
