Recipes without eggs

Eggs are an allergen most frequently implicated in food allergy in young children. This causes many problems since eggs are found in many prepared foods which may seem harmless.
Furthermore, it is difficult for parents to forbid their child from having desserts and other cakes while his playmates are enjoying them… right in front of him !!!!!
