Line a pie mold with pie crust dough without eggs and prick the bottom of the pie. Fill with pepper and tomato. Sprinkle with the Mozzarella cheese. Add garlic, basil and herbs to taste and cover with the quiche filling according to the recipe proposed on this website. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 220°C. |
