Ingredients 100 g ham (in small pieces or shredded) 100 g bacon chopped into small pieces of 100 g freshly grated Comté cheese (check to see that it has the AOC label)

Line a pie mold with pie crust pastry dough and prick the bottom of the pie. Fill with ham and bacon. Sprinkle with Comté cheese and then cover with the quiche filling without eggs made according to the recipe proposed on this website. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 220°C. |
