Seafood quiche
Ingredients 1 can of tunafish in water (250 g) 1 can of cleaned shrimp 100 g of freshly grated Comté cheese (check that is marked with the AOC label)

Line a pie mold with pie crust dough and prick the bottom of the pie. Fill with tuna and shrimps (drain the water before hand). Sprinkle with the cheese and cover with the quiche filling according to the recipe proposed on this website. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 220°C. |
