Spinach goat cheese quiche
Ingredients 1 can of leafy spinach 1 goat cheese in log form

Line a pie mold with pie crust dough and prick the bottom of the pie and cover the bottom with the spinach. Cut the cheese into round slices and place on the spinach. Cover with the quiche filling according to the recipe proposed on this website. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 220°C. |
