Chocolate mousse
Ingredients
400 ml cream
200 g confectionary chocolate with high cocoa content


Simple

Melt chocolate in a double-boiler or a microwave oven (without adding water).
During this time, beat the cream to a firm consistency using an electric beater.
Gently add the melted chocolate to the whipped cream. Stir gently to obtain a uniform mixture.
Place the mousse in a refrigerator for one or two hours before tasting.
