Shortbread cookies

Roll the dough to a thickness of 5 - 7 mm. Using different cookie cutters, cut out cookies in  the dough. Sprinkle the raisins or granular sugar on top. Bake at 250°C for 5 - 10 minutes. Watching the cookies bake to avoid burning.

Chef 's tip: melt different types of chocolate in a water-bath (dark chocolate, milk chocolate,  white chocolate). Allow cookies to cool and then dip in melted chocolate for an even tastier  treat.
