Sugar crust
Ingredients
500 g flour
250 g icing sugar
250 g very soft butter
1/2 cup water(100 - 150 ml)

Mix butter and flour a large cutting board and knead it by hands. Gradually add the icing sugar and water, continuing to knead the dough by hand to obtain a  uniform pie dough. 

Form the dough into a ball and leave in the refrigerator for an hour.
